By using the R3d Creation storefront or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products & pricing
Product descriptions and images are provided for information. We try to keep them accurate but small differences can occur.
Prices are shown in the store’s currency and may change. The price charged is the price confirmed at checkout, including any shipping and taxes shown before you pay.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If we cancel after payment, you will receive a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled items.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping details.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Razorpay or Stripe). Their terms also apply to the payment step.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R3d Creation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
